Bundesimmobiliengesellschaft (BIG) is among the most state-of-the art companies and general service providers in the real estate and construction sector. With a balance sheet total of more than 4 billion Euros BIG is one of the biggest property owners in Austria. An efficient organisational structure and a clear-cut overall concept provide the basis for this.

Management
The experienced BIG management team is comprised of DI Wolfgang Gleissner and DI Christoph Stadlhuber.

Business Units
Apart from customer management BIG's business units focus on portfolio management, CAD and space management, facility services, planning, development and implementation of building projects. BIG organises and manages its partners' property requirements professionally and with a view to the market.

Efficient Business Management
Prudent cost management, short planning and construction times as well as refinancing of construction costs through rents make for state-of-the-art management of this modern company.

History
In June 2006, BIG and its subsidiary BIG Services were merged.
This was an important prerequisite for successful future development of the company.
